Elliott Bay’s warehousing services comprise over 140,000 square feet of both bonded and non bonded cargo facility. These buildings are located in the Upland Drive Business Park on Upland Drive in Tukwila, WA, 98188. Elliott Bay’s proximity to the ports (11 miles from Seattle ports, 23 miles from Tacoma ports) give us a substantial advantage to most other warehouses in the pacific northwest when it comes to international trade.
Our buildings are directly across the parking lot from one another making the transfer of cargo from one site to another logistically simple. Both buildings have thirty-two feet high ceilings, rack capabilities, and thirty-two dock doors per side. Each building has access to the parking lot for ground loads via ramps. Entrance/exits for the facility is granted via secure and supervised doors for both of our buildings.
Both facilities have an ample amount of forklifts, pallet jacks, rolling racks, and shrink wrap machines. We are currently serviced by all local ltl/ftl trucks and of course have a UPS manifest machine on site.
